Culinary Health Fund celebrates grand opening of Culinary Health Center - Craig
Culinary Health Centers becomes one of the largest primary care providers in Nevada, creating approximately 800 jobs in the Las Vegas Valley.

WHAT:
Culinary Health Fund’s grand opening of the third Culinary Health Center in Las Vegas. Located in North Las Vegas on Craig Road. Exclusively serving Culinary Union members and their dependents providing more access to quality health care services.
The two-story 97,000 sq. ft state-of-the art medical facility features advanced medical equipment, a 2-lane drive-through pharmacy, 41 primary care rooms, 2 mental health counseling rooms, 15 dental care rooms, and 18 physical therapy evaluation rooms (including chiropractic and acupuncture).
Overall, across all health centers, (with a fourth location opening on Tropicana Ave. in 2026) approximately 800 staff will be employed, including more than 160 health care providers such as: doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and medical assistants. Along with the Culinary Union, the Culinary Health Fund has been building a healthier Nevada since 1935 and the opening of Culinary Health Center – Craig makes the Culinary Health Fund and the Culinary Health Centers one of the largest primary care providers in Nevada.

The first Culinary Health Center on Nellis Blvd. opened on June 19, 2017. It was the first-of-its-kind in Las Vegas. Culinary Health Center - Durango, opened its doors to patients on May 3, 2023. The Craig location opens on April 2, 2025 and the Tropicana location is planned to begin serving members in the Summer of 2026, giving over 120,000 Culinary Union members and their families four different options throughout Southern Nevada for high quality care throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Most services have no copay.
