ALCOHOL AWARENESS TRAINING
The Culinary Workers Union Local 226 offers the Alcohol Awareness Training online. You must be a Culinary Union or Bartenders Union member.
The training is recognized by the state of Nevada and the NV Commission on Post-Secondary Education has certified and approved it. This online training satisfies the same state requirement as the "Techniques of Alcohol Management Card" (TAM Card). Tam is a brand name and not a Nevada state mandate. Tam is a registered trademark of the Michigan Licensing Beverage Association and is not associated with the Culinary Union.

After you complete your online training, you will be issued your permanent card after completing a short final exam online. To pick up your card, you will have to retake the test in person at the LRS office to verify your identity. LRS charges $10 for the physical card.

La Unión de Trabajadores Culinarios, Local 226 ofrece Capacitación de Concientización sobre el Alcohol en línea. Usted debe ser miembro de la Unión Culinaria o de la Unión de Cantineros.
La capacitación está acreditada por el estado de Nevada y la Comisión de NV de Educación Post-secundaria, la ha certificado y aprobado. Esta capacitación en línea cumple con el mismo requisito estatal que la "Tarjeta de Técnicas de Manejo de Alcohol" (Tarjeta TAM). Tam es una marca y no una ordenanza del estado de Nevada.
