The doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and health care professionals will be there to serve you because they work for you. The Culinary Health Center is revolutionary because it is exclusively ours! The Culinary Health Center is will be located at 650 North Nellis Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89110. You can look forward to great service, low co-pays, and access to medical services all in one place; Urgent Care (open 24 hours, 7 days a week), Culinary "Free" Pharmacy, Primary Care Doctors, Pediatricians, Eye Care Services, Dental Services, Radiology.
