The Culinary Health Center is will be located at 650 North Nellis Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89110. You can look forward to great service, low co-pays, and access to medical services all in one place; Urgent Care (open 24 hours, 7 days a week), Culinary "Free" Pharmacy, Primary Care Doctors, Pediatricians, Eye Care Services, Dental Services, Radiology.
