The Culinary Union's strike against Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has reached its 36th day, marking the longest strike led by the union in over 22 years.
The strike, which began on November 15 at 5 a.m., involves 700 hospitality workers who are demanding a new five-year union contract.
Hundreds of striking workers and union members have maintained continuous picket lines at every entrance and exit along Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road surrounding the casino property.
