The Culinary Union says it has tentatively agreed to its first-ever labor contract at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
The union announced Thursday morning that a deal was reached to cover 3,300 workers after 18 hours of negotiations.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas reached a neutrality agreement with the Culinary Union before opening last year.
That meant workers at the resort were free to join the Culinary and Bartenders unions for representation, while management remained neutral.
