LAS VEGAS - March 4, 1999--The Venetian Casino Resort filed a lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court Thursday against the Culinary Union Local 226 and others, for violating The Venetian's property rights by trespassing -- despite verbal and written notice that they were on private property -- during a union rally held March 1, 1999.
