With increased immigration enforcement in the Las Vegas valley this week, the Nevada Immigrant Coalition said Wednesday that they have not received reports of collateral arrests, where law enforcement detain people outside of those specifically targeted.
The coalition, which includes organizations such as the Culinary Union, Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada and Make the Road Nevada, said officers have been in plainclothes and are not always with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
