The Culinary Union’s effort to get a rent stabilization measure on the North Las Vegas ballot has failed, and rather than challenge the ruling in court, the organization plans to regroup and refocus its efforts for the upcoming legislative session in February, according to Secretary-Treasurer Ted Pappageorge.
