The Culinary and Bartenders Union represents more than 60,000 workers in Las Vegas and Reno.
Their picketing efforts so far have brought many victories, but there are still a few agreements left to be made.
The Golden Nugget, Downtown Grand and Virgin Las Vegas are still in discussion.
If contracts are not in place by Monday workers will begin to strike.
