Spring Valley Town Advisory Board voted unanimously to STOP this project in 2018. But Station Casinos got a fourth extension anyway on a hotel taller than Red Rock Casino and a casino larger than Flamingo.
In May 2021, Station Casinos CEO Frank Fertitta said “the project is significantly tighter than anything that we’ve done in the past.” What does he mean by that?

Your neighborhood has changed substantially since 2008 when the project was first approved.
You and your neighbors deserve a new development agreement that reflect those changes.

The casino is not a done deal. On October 6th you can request entrances be moved.
