North Las Vegas residents support the initiative that would stop landlords from raising the rent in North Las Vegas the first year and require 90 day notice on future rent increases.
But the City of North Las Vegas is trying to stop us from being able to vote on the measure. The City of North Las Vegas is claiming people didn’t understand the measure they signed. Two realtors are threatening a lawsuit. But we can still do something about it!
