Culinary Union member and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holder Francis was 19-years-old when Hurricane Mitch destroyed Honduras in 1998. She came to USA for a new chance for life, but now she and her family are at risk. 6,300 Nevadans who have TPS are at risk. They work hard, pay taxes, contribute into USA social security benefits, and provide for their families.
